Level 2 NVQ Certificate in Spectator Safety

The Level 2 NVQ Certificate in Spectator Safety (QCF) is for anyone that works in the Spectator Safety environment.

Units

Help to manage conflict
Support the work of the team and organisation
Prepare for spectator events
Deal with accidents and emergencies
Control the entry, exit and movement of people at spectator events
Monitor spectators and deal with crowd problems

There are no formal entry requirements but candidates must be working in the appropriate job role.

Candidates achieve a recognised qualification that provides them with an introduction to the skills, qualities and knowledge required for employment as an event safety steward or marshal to ensure spectator safety or crowd control at events.
